It mostly involves learning the syntax/semantics of computer languages like Ruby, Javascript etc. and applying them to solve problems/labs or create my own web applications.

Hello folks, its been a great journey so far learning the ins and outs of web development.

For my final project on the Learn Verified program, I had to create a single page application using AngularJS with a Rails JSON back-end.

Continuing with the Rails App - ‘Group Task Manager’ , built previously, it was time to add some Ajax and JQery magic to it.

Learning Ruby, has been very satisfying. And the Rails ‘magic’ just adds to the experience and makes it more special. Getting into coding my first rails app was challenging and satisfying. I decided on building a Task Manager App, where Tasks could be created/categorized and then shared among many users.

Still enjoying my journey with ‘Learn’. So I had to create a Sinatra MVC application for one of the assements.

The learning experience with ‘Learn’ has been pretty awesome so far. Few days ago I started a lab/project that I had skipped previously ‘Creating a ruby CLI gem’.

Growing up, I always had a love for machines, like many other kids in school. Be it a car or an electronic device. So going to engineering school was a natural progression. Then after school getting a job was the next step ,or the most important step depending on who you asked at the time.
